By booking a skip bag with Beeline Waste, you agree to the following Booking Terms. These rules apply in addition to our Terms of Use and are necessary to ensure safe and lawful waste collection. If any condition is not met, we reserve the right to refuse collection without refund.
1. Delivery and Collection
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver and collect bag(s) on the preferred dates you supply to us; however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, access issues, or operational delays), delivery or collection will be rearranged for the next available earliest date.
You must ensure our team has safe, unobstructed access to the bag on the collection day. If access is blocked due to parked vehicles, locked gates, overgrown vegetation, or other hazards, we may not be able to complete the collection. In such cases, we will return to collect the bag at our earliest convenience. However, if repeated access issues occur or additional visits are required, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of further attempts.
2. Acceptable Waste
Our bags are designed for general household and garden waste. You must not place hazardous, toxic, or restricted items in the bag (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, paint, tyres, gas canisters, clinical waste, or liquids). If unsure, please contact us before filling the bag.
3. Bag Care and Condition
Please take care to ensure the bag remains in a safe and collectable condition:
- Bags should be placed on level, accessible ground close to the kerb (ideally within 3 metres).
- Avoid tearing, dragging, or exposing the bag to conditions that may weaken it (e.g. sharp objects or excessive water).
- Bags that are damaged, overfilled, or positioned in a way that makes collection unsafe may require rescheduling.
We’ll always work with you to find a solution and will return to collect it safely if necessary. We do not charge for one-off issues, but if problems occur repeatedly, additional charges may be necessary to cover handling or replacement costs.
4. Weight and Fill Guidance
To ensure safe collection:
- Do not fill above the top edge of the bag.
- Spread the weight evenly.
- Heavy materials like soil or rubble should be limited to our smaller bags.
If we cannot collect due to weight or overfilling, we will let you know and arrange collection once it has been adjusted.
5. Damaged, Lost or Unusable Bags
If a bag is significantly damaged or misplaced before use, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to replace or collect safely, depending on the situation.
6. Ownership & Responsibility
The bag becomes your responsibility once delivered. You are liable for loss, damage, or misuse of the bag while it is in your possession.
7. Payment
All bookings made through the website must be paid for in full during the checkout process. If you would like to pay by cash please contact us. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received.
8. Legal & Safety Notice
By placing a booking, you confirm compliance with all applicable waste disposal regulations, including Regulation 12 of the Waste Regulations 2011 (England & Wales). Beeline Waste accepts no liability for damage or injury caused by improper use or placement of bags.
9. Customer Support & Problem Solving
At Beeline Waste, we take pride in putting customers first. If anything goes wrong or needs sorting out, we will always try our best to fix it quickly and fairly — without hidden charges or unnecessary delays. If you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms. The latest version will always be published on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal matters will be handled through the courts of England and Wales.
